West Point Campus Access Information:

Anyone who wants access to post at West Point for any clinics or camps must have proper credentials to do so. Anyone who enters post must always be prepared to present a state driver’s license, up-to-date car registration and valid insurance. All passengers in the vehicle who are of age should also be prepared to present a valid ID upon request. All cars are always subject to being searched.

Gates that can be accessed by participants of clinics or summer camps are limited to:
Thayer Gate: 1 Thayer Road, West Point NY.
Stony Lonesome Gate: 1 Stony Lonesome Rd, West Point NY.

During the academic year, those looking to access campus Monday-Friday between the hours 6:00am-6:00pm must present a Local Access Card. You can obtain a Local Access Card at the West Point Visitor Center located at 2107 New South Post Rd, West Point NY 10996. If you are looking to obtain access to post for a camp or clinic on the weekends, or after 6pm M-F, only a valid driver’s license will need to be presented at the security gate for access.

*Summer Camps ONLY*: To get on campus through the West Point Security Gates, please select “Add to Cart” below. Filling out the requested information will allow our security department to pre-screen the listed drivers ahead of time. Then, depending on the security level at the time of the camp, this might allow the drivers access to post without needing to obtain a Local Access Card.
You will need to provide the information of the driver of the vehicle that will be dropping off and picking up your child. You can list the names of up to three drivers who could be dropping off or picking up your child. If you are not sure of this information, you can return to this section at a later time to complete.

*more detailed information about campus access will be provided as the camp date approaches from your camp contact.
